Reserve a dedicated spot in our clean, temperature-controlled walk-in cooler for 3-day or 7-day increments – perfect for proper aging, safe storage, and maximum meat quality. Whether you’re dropping off one buck or swapping out multiple deer during your rental (first one out on day 2, fresh one in on day 3 – you get it!), your space is yours to use flexibly. We only accept properly field-dressed, skin-on, clean deer – ensuring top-notch conditions for every hunter. 1. Is the reservation refundable if my hunt gets canceled or I change my mind?
No. All reservations require full payment upfront and are final. We offer no refunds or cancellations for any reason — including weather, travel issues, not filling your tag, etc.
2. Can I transfer my reserved space to another hunter?
Yes, but only with our written approval.

- Must be received at least 7 days before your reservation starts
- We may approve or deny any transfer request
3. What happens if I can’t pick up my deer by the end of my reserved time?
- You will be charged $50 per day for every day your deer remains after the reservation ends (billed to the card on file)
- If the deer is still there after 3 extra days, it will be considered abandoned and donated (usually to a local food bank or charity program)
- Daily $50 charges continue until donation is complete
4. Can I hang more than one deer in my reserved space during the rental period?
Yes! You can drop off and pick up multiple deer using the same space during your 3-day or 7-day rental.
Example: Hang your first deer on Day 1, pick it up on Day 3, then drop off a second deer on Day 4 to finish out the week.5. What condition does my deer need to be in to be accepted?
Deer must be properly field-dressed, skin-on, and clean.
We will deny hanging (with no refund) for:
- Gut-shot deer
- Excessively bloody/dirty animals
- Improperly field-dressed deer
Basically — if it smells bad or looks questionable, it won’t go in the cooler.
6. When can I drop off and pick up my deer?
Only during posted business hours.
We cannot accommodate after-hours drop-offs or pick-ups — plan accordingly!
7. How long is each reservation?
Spaces are rented in 3-day or 7-day blocks only.
Each block reserves one dedicated hanging spot for the full period.

Reservation & Payment
All reservations for hanging cooler space are for one dedicated space and are sold in 3-day or 7-day increments only.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your payment confirms and secures your reserved space.
Cancellations
All sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellations permitted for any reason, including changes in hunting plans, weather, travel issues, or personal circumstances.
Transfers
Customers may transfer their reserved space to another party only with our prior written permission.

- Requests must be received at least 7 days before the start of the reservation period.
- We reserve the right to approve or deny transfer requests.
Overstay & Late Pickup Policy
All deer must be picked up by the end of the last day of the reserved period, during normal business hours.
- Any deer remaining after the reservation expires will incur a $50 per day storage/overstay fee (charged to the card on file)
- If the deer is not picked up within 3 days after the reservation ends, the deer will be considered abandoned and will be donated to a local food bank or similar organization
- The customer’s credit card will continue to be charged $50 per day until the donation process is complete
Drop-off & Pick-up Rules
- All drop-offs and pick-ups must occur during posted hours of operation
- Multiple deer may be processed in the same reserved space during the rental period (example: first deer picked up on day 2, second deer hung on day 3 through day 7)
- Each reserved space accommodates one deer at a time (no stacking or sharing with other customers)
Condition of Deer
Deer must be field-dressed, head-on, skin-on, and clean.
We reserve the right to deny hanging for any deer that is:
- Improperly field-dressed
- Gut-shot or excessively contaminated
- Deemed unfit for hanging in our facility
No refunds or credits will be issued for denied hanging due to condition of the animal.
By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy in full.
